Conveyor Production Process in General

  1. Design and Engineering:

  2. Manufacturing:

    • Bending: Profiles and sheets are bent according to the desired shape.
    • Welding: The parts are joined by welding methods.
    • Assembly: All parts are brought together and the conveyor is assembled.
    • Belt or roller assembly: If necessary, the belt or roller is mounted on the conveyor.
    • Electrical and automation: Electrical and automation equipment such as motor, sensors and control unit connected.
  3. Test and Quality Control:

    • Functional tests: It is checked whether the conveyor operates at the specified speed and capacity.
    • Safety tests: The conformity of the conveyor to safety standards is tested.
    • Quality control: Quality control is performed at every stage of the production process.
  4. Assembly and Commissioning:

    • Assembly at customer site: The conveyor is assembled by expert teams at the customer site.
    • Commissioning: The conveyor is integrated into the customer's production line and operated.
